Our family embarked on an unforgettable journey to Ireland in August 2022. We arrived in Dublin, and the next morning, we met our incredible driver, Siobhan—a wealth of knowledge, humor, and Irish charm all rolled into one!

Throughout our trip, we explored majestic castles, ancient ruins, historic churches, and, of course, plenty of lively pubs! From the grandeur of Ashford Castle to the breathtaking beauty of Kylemore Abbey, and the elegance of Dromoland Castle, every stop was steeped in history, impeccably maintained, and surrounded by stunning landscapes.

Ireland truly captured our hearts, and we can’t wait to go back! 🍀🏰✨

With our deep love for Scotland, we knew Ireland had to be next on our list. Everyone raved about its rolling green landscapes, warm hospitality, and rich history—and let’s just say, it completely stole our hearts! 💚

From bustling Dublin to majestic castles fit for royalty, our journey felt like stepping straight into a storybook adventure. With an incredible local driver leading the way, we soaked up every bit of Ireland’s breathtaking beauty, charm, and soul. ☘️🏞️

🏰 Staying in Castles: A Fairytale Come to Life

Ireland knows how to do luxury with a side of history, and we fully embraced it! We didn’t just stay in a castle—we stayed in THREE jaw-dropping ones, each offering its own dreamy experience:

🔹 Ashford Castle – If there’s a place where time stands still, this is it! Falconry experiences, sprawling gardens, and old-world elegance made us feel like true royalty. 👑✨ Plus, we got to meet the castle’s resident Irish Wolfhounds 🐶—the cutest noble guardians of the estate!

🔹 Dromoland Castle – Grand, opulent, yet cozy! Whether we were sipping Irish whiskey by a roaring fire or strolling through its picture-perfect gardens, every moment here felt like a scene from an epic film. 🎥🏰

🔹 Ballyseede Castle – The most charming of the three, this place made us feel like we had stepped straight into an ancient Irish legend. Every corner oozed history, and the warm, inviting atmosphere made it extra special.

📍 Dublin: Pints, Music & Historic Streets

Dublin was alive with energy, history, and a whole lot of fun! We:

🍻 Sipped fresh pints of Guinness in one of Ireland’s oldest pubs—where the beer was so smooth and creamy, it spoiled us for life!🎶 Danced the night away to live Irish music—because when a fiddle and a bodhrán start playing, you have to jump in!🏛 Explored Trinity College & The Book of Kells—walking through its ancient library felt like stepping into a world of wisdom and wonder.

🏞 Countryside Adventures & Coastal Wonders

Beyond the cities, Ireland’s wild landscapes left us absolutely breathless. 🌿💚

🌊 Drove along the Wild Atlantic Way, where waves crashed against towering cliffs in the most dramatic, cinematic way possible. (Seriously, the views looked straight out of a fantasy film!)🏡

🍻 Sipped fresh pints of Guinness in one of Ireland’s oldest pubs—where the beer was so smooth and creamy, it spoiled us for life!

🍞✨Visited adorable villages, filled with colorful cottages, friendly locals, and the mouthwatering scent of fresh-baked soda bread. 

🏰 Wandered through Kylemore Abbey, a place so stunningly picturesque that we had to pinch ourselves—it had ivy-covered walls, a dreamy lake, and gardens straight out of a fairytale.

🌅 Explored Galway, a lively harbor city bursting with charm, character, and craic! From quirky little shops to legendary whiskey distilleries and mouthwatering seafood, this place had us hooked from the start.

And let’s be real—when "Galway Girl" comes on, you HAVE to sing along! Whether it was playing on the radio or belted out by a band in a cozy pub, we couldn’t resist joining in (and maybe even dancing a little!). 🍻🎶💃
