This is our family, and our journey together has been nothing short of amazing. From the very beginning, travel has been at the heart of our story. Melissa and I didn’t waste a moment—we were married in Aruba in 2000 and have made it our tradition to return every January since with our children. Over the years, Aruba has become more than just a destination; it’s our second home. We’ve built lifelong friendships, become honorary citizens, and cherish every moment spent with our Aruba family. No matter where we go, the memories we’ve created together are what truly make our travels unforgettable. 🌍❤️

Our Story

Our story began in September 1999, and just four months later, we were saying "I do" on a beautiful beach in Aruba in January 2000. That magical moment didn’t just mark the start of our marriage—it sparked a lifelong passion for travel.

As our family grew, so did our love for adventure. With two amazing kids in tow, we made it a priority to share our travel experiences with them. Year after year, we returned to Aruba, where familiar faces—hotel staff, locals, and fellow travelers—became like family, watching our children grow. But we didn’t stop there. Our journeys took us from sun-soaked beaches to the historic landscapes of Scotland, the charming villages of the Cotswolds, and the lively pubs of Ireland. Every trip was about more than just the destination—it was about creating lasting family memories.

Now, we’re stepping into a new chapter. With Cameron set to graduate from college and Faith thriving as a junior in her university’s nursing program, we’re embracing the adventure of empty nester travel. While we’ll always love trips with them, we’re also excited to see the world on our own terms. Thanks to years of travel hacking with Delta SkyMiles and Marriott Bonvoy points, we’ve saved tens of thousands on unforgettable experiences—allowing us to explore more without breaking the bank.
